Hi Sue,
The other “L” and I spent this beautiful Sunday morning “browsing” your art site. Experiencing your paintings and fiber art is as joyful as taking a walk or a starry, starry night. We continue to be amazed at your creations. Congratulations on being selected for the exhibit in Santa Fe.
I was just framing a pastel and as I used a piece of large painting tape to pull up the excess stuff on the mat I thought of you as you gave me that framing tip! Sounds (and looks) like you are doing well and are as creative as ever. I miss you! Take care, Daryl
Susan, I was just introduced to your work by Del Thomas. Your work is SENSATIONAL!!! And, I thank you and SAQA for sharing your work through one of its quilt auctions. Take care and stay well. Loretta

For YEARS I have admired your work. A close friend has one of your older landscapes. If you are the same artist who used to live in NY, I once tried to set up a time to meet with you up near Chatham. That has to have been at least 10 years ago. I was reminded of your work recently and decided to see if I could find you and possibly buy one of your pieces. I saw your paintings and your quilt, lovely! Do you ever do the smaller landscapes anymore? You really do have a gift. Look forward to hearing from you.
Mary,
Thank you for remembering me and my work. Unfortunately, I do not create the smaller embroidered landscapes anymore. Currently, since moving into my new studio in Santa Fe, I am working on large textile installation pieces for a show at the end of 2018. In the next few weeks, I will be reordering my blog and will focus on this work.
Wishing you the best in the new year,
Sue
